The standard S10 will have a single hole in the same place.
Both standard and premium versions of S10 are rumored to have triple rear camera setups will sensors arranged side by side. They also would have headphone jack, a USB-C port and speakers on the bottom edge. Samsung also showed image of an unreleased phone on its website to explain how One UI and Android Pie update will work. In this image, they use a phone with no-bezels and punch hole front-facing camera.
Samsung Galaxy S10 Specifications
It is rumored that the upcoming smartphone of Samsung will have a gigantic 12GB of RAM and 1TB of on-board storage. Last month, the company announced that it has already started working on industry’s first 1TB embedded Universal Flash Storage. If Galaxy S10 could provide a whopping 1TB of internal storage, it can definitely beat iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max.
In November, Samsung released its next generation Exynos 9820 chip, so the upcoming smartphone of the company will have this more powerful chip. The Exynos 9820 only features LTE-A Cat.20 modem. However there could be a 5G variant sporting Qualcomm’s next generation Snapdragon 855 SoC. A deeper analysis of Exynos 9820 can give us understanding of how powerful S10 would be.
A series of assumed S10 benchmarks have hit the internet recently.A device believed to be S10 powered with Exynos 980 and 6GB of RAM appeared on Geek bench with a single core score of 4382 and multi-core score of 9570. Theses cores put S10 a little behind the powerful iPhone XS and XS Max.
The smartphone is assumed to come with a more power efficient 8nm fabrication and improved battery life. The Galaxy S10 is assumed to have a triple camera system as the Huawei P20 Pro has. It will also offer 8K video recording and improved 4K recording. The Mali-G76 GPU cores would make Galaxy S10 smoothest smartphone with efficient handling of visually intensive games and videos.
If we talk about camera system of Galaxy S10, the smartphone will retain 12-megapixels camera with f1.5/2.4 lens. There will be 16-mega pixels snapper with super wide-angle, f/1.9 aperture and a 13-megapixels f/2.4 lens. This is definitely good news for photography lovers.
The bad news is that the triple camera system might only be available on Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10 Plus. The entry level S10 E could have a dual camera setup. It is also expected that the Plus sized model will come with a dual-camera on front with an intention to give more depth and effects to selfies. This additional sensor could also be used to improve Face recognition feature of the smartphone.
